Request services.
Review our service menu, select a package and submit your requests via phone or email. Your dedicated account manager will confirm with you, and our work will begin, delivering personalized attention to your every need.
We'll invoice you as needed.
Monthly or bi-monthly, we'll send you an invoice based on the number of hours we've worked on your projects. We'll also include a timesheet that outlines -- in detail -- every hour of service performed.

We take a personal approach and focus on the client experience. This means we want to know your current lifestyle — habits, conventional way of doing things, preferences and tastes and your over all goals. If you're a first-time client, you'll meet with Valerie or your dedicated personal account manager for an in-depth initial consultation. Together, you'll discuss your lifestyle, potential projects, and needs. You'll also receive a 'New Client Kit', which includes materials designed to help us to better assess your individual requirements. We'll create a roadmap and a plan of action with our recommendations. Whatever it is that you need, we can discuss putting together a custom package for you. Because each client is unique, we sculpt our services according to each client and their needs.
We request at least twenty-four hours' notice for all service requests. However, we will make every effort to accommodate rush requests, schedule permitting.
Twenty-four hour notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations received less than twenty-four hours from the time of service will be charged a cancellation fee based on the total number of service hours originally booked.
Didn't use all of your hours in one booking?
If you don’t use all your hours in one booking these hours will be credited to your account. This credit will stay in our database and can be used by you for further bookings.
