Working Together
- For first time clients: An Initial 30-minute Complimentary meeting is set-up to better understand your needs and the details of the tasks you need help with to make your life easier.
- Outsourcing Your To-Do List: One way to utilize our services effectively is to save up your errands, shopping list, grocery shopping, ect. and have Valerie A. come over once a week and complete these tasks. Just imagine how wonderful it would be to reclaim even just 2 hours of your busy week for the important things in your life! Together we can make it happen!
- Paying for Purchases On Your Behalf: Obtain a pre-paid re-loadable Visa or MasterCard card for Valerie A. to pay for payments or purchases to vendors or coordinate a time for Valerie A. to pick-up a method of payment for your purchases. This will be returned to you with all receipts at the time of delivery. You can also at the time of delivery pay for the item or service directly. If Valerie A. Lifestyle Management funds are used, a 15% surcharge will be added to the bill. Clients are responsible for paying all additional charges on top of the hourly rate.
- Payment for Services: Payment for services must be made at the time of delivery or end of service. Rates reflect charges for services rendered and do not include any merchandise purchased, parking fees, bridge tolls, or any goods charged by a third party vendor related to a clients request. Some services are eligible for special invoicing.
- Travel Time and Mileage: Travel time and mileage is 55 Cents per mile for all errands in servicing areas/cities.
- Delivering Purchases: When requesting a service, just pick a time block you would like your purchases delivered to you. It's that simple!
- Can You Set Up a Regular Schedule for your Errands? Yes, you can coordinate a regular schedule for weekly, monthly, or any other time period.
- 24-hour notice is requested for all errands and cancellation notice. Cancellations received less than 24 hours from the time of service will be charged a cancellation fee for the total number of hours booked.
